Testing the admin tools
Since testing is my life it only seems fitting that this first blog is a test. My intention is to keep this space dedicated to Americana music. However as a software QA professional I’ll spend a little time doing talking about testing here. First let’s define quality. What is quality? Well it’s whatever you think it is. How you define quality is the first step in achieving it. Kinda like addiction. “The first step is admitting that you have a problem.” Your definition if quality is ALMOST as important as your customer’s definition of quality. Remember that quality is highly subjective and your version of quality will go a long way toward influencing your customer’s version of it. That sounds a little like a Jedi mind trick, but what it really means is that if you are to have ANY hope whatsoever of delivering a quality product to your customers, you really need to know your customers. You need to have the same, beliefs, and passions, and those beliefs and passions need to intersect at your product.
